Description:

• Perform semiconductor wafer processing tasks in photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition with precision and repeatability.• Handle semiconductor wafers and small opto-electronic components.• Record process data and equipment logs to identify trends, diagnose process issues, and support implementation of corrective actions to improve yield, quality, and throughput.• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine processing techniques, tool recipes, and maintenance schedules for new and existing products.• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor processing environment, with experience handling delicate optoelectronic components preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and safety.• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed.
